Terms of Service

By accessing or using TrafficUniversal ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, developers, and vendors who access the Platform. Use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age, or have verifiable parental or guardian consent, to use this Platform.

Account Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Prohibited Activities:

• Distributing malware, viruses, or any harmful code
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or bypass Platform security
• Impersonating other users or entities
• Uploading content that violates third-party intellectual property rights
• Using the Platform for any illegal purposes
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or data without authorization
• Submitting false or misleading plugin declarations

Plugins are Licensed, Not Sold. When you purchase a plugin on TrafficUniversal, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use that plugin within the Platform. You do not acquire ownership of the plugin or its underlying code.

Licenses are personal and may not be transferred, sublicensed, or resold unless explicitly permitted by the plugin developer.

We review plugins for basic security compliance before publication but cannot guarantee comprehensive security or functionality of each plugin.

• All prices displayed are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
• Payment is processed by third-party providers: Stripe, Razorpay, or eSewa
• TrafficUniversal does not store your payment card details
• Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your jurisdiction
• Subscription payments are billed on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled
• Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of plugin access

Exception: A refund claim may be considered if the plugin materially fails to function as described in its marketplace listing.

• Refund claims must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
• Claims must include a description of the specific functionality failure
• Approved refunds are issued as TrafficUniversal wallet credits
• No cash or card refunds are provided
• Refund decisions are made at TrafficUniversal's sole discretion
• Abuse of the refund policy may result in account suspension

To submit a refund claim, contact support@trafficuniversal.com with your transaction ID and description of the issue.

TrafficUniversal provides API keys that allow installed plugins to access your account data and perform actions on your behalf.

• Each plugin declares its required data access scopes in its marketplace listing
• By purchasing and activating a plugin, you grant it access only to its declared scopes
• You can view and revoke any plugin's API access at any time from Settings → API Keys
• All API access is logged for security auditing purposes (retained 90 days)
• You may generate and revoke API keys at any time from your account settings

By submitting a plugin to the TrafficUniversal marketplace, you agree to the following additional terms:

• Revenue Share: 70% of each sale goes to the developer; 30% is the platform fee
• Payouts are processed monthly upon reaching the minimum payout threshold
• Developers must accurately declare all API data access in plugin descriptions and plugin.json files
• False or incomplete data declarations result in immediate plugin removal and account ban
• Developers are solely responsible for plugin quality, security, and ongoing support
• TrafficUniversal reserves the right to remove any plugin at its discretion, with or without notice
• Plugins must comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA
• Developers must respond to security vulnerability reports within 14 days

• The TrafficUniversal platform UI, code, branding, and design are © TrafficUniversal. All rights reserved.
• Plugin intellectual property belongs to the respective plugin developers
• By uploading content to the Platform, you grant TrafficUniversal a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the Platform
• You represent that you own or have rights to all content you upload

Third-party plugins are the independent responsibility of their respective developers. TrafficUniversal provides basic security review but does not warrant the functionality or safety of any individual plugin.

• TrafficUniversal's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to the Platform in the preceding 12 months
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Plugin data misuse is the responsibility of the plugin developer, not TrafficUniversal
• We are not liable for third-party payment processor errors or delays

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of TrafficUniversal's principal place of business.

• Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation
• Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration before litigation
• You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against TrafficUniversal

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or prominent Platform notification.

Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
